What should I do if I do not receive my order?

Contact the SCRIP office immediately (call the school's main office for director's phone #)!   We keep a delivery record of all orders and will be able to tell you immediately where your order was delivered or sent.

My child will be starting at Manhattan Christian School at a later date. May we start buying SCRIP now?

Yes! Any SCRIP purchases made between now and the date your child starts school will be held in a "future family" account.  This credit will accumulate and be disbursed when your child attends.

May I encourage others to purchase SCRIP on our behalf?

Of course! It is a great way to increase your credits. Simply have your friends/family fill out a "New Family" form (available at the SCRIP office) and make certain they list your family as the recipient.

How can I find out what my credit is?

The credits are totaled by SCRIP every 6 months and turned in to the business office at Manhattan Christian School. They are then applied to your tuition statement. Please call the SCRIP desk for more information regarding the posting dates.

What happens if I shop at stores offering additional credits through receipts, but don't turn the receipt in?

The merchant still sends the discount to Manhattan Christian, but your family will not get credit for your portion. We need your receipt/s to know how much of the merchant's check is for your family.

We attend one of the supporting churches of Manhattan Christian. How does SCRIP work for us?

The families who attend these churches have their credits applied to the church's tuition account. If you desire to know what portion of that credit is from your family, please contact your church's tuition representative.

During contests, how can my child increase his/her support?

Additional orders from family/friends may count toward a child's support if the SCRIP purchaser is signed up for SCRIP (see "encouraging others to purchase SCRIP" above). Make sure their order lists your child's name as the beneficiary, and the preferred delivery method.

How can I give my SCRIP credit to someone else?

Sign up on the SCRIP enrollment form, noting the family name, church, TAP, or Booster Club as the beneficiary.
